ロケーション 亀川四の湯町2－2
別府八湯の一つに数えられる歴史ある温泉街です。海岸沿いの豊富な温泉と、風情あるレトロな町並み、そして地域住民と観光客が交流する温かい雰囲気が魅力のエリア。近場に温泉が多く、地元の方に愛される共同浴場（「四の湯温泉」「平田温泉」「亀陽泉」「浜田温泉」「競輪温泉」など）が点在しています。また、先日再開発された、上人ヶ浜エリア（徒歩20分）では波の音を聞きながら楽しめる「砂湯」も有名です。
車で5分ほどで別府八湯のもうひとつ「鉄輪（かんなわ）温泉」は、別府の代表的な温泉街です。町中のいたるところから湯けむりが立ち上るレトロな景観が特徴で、古くから伝わる「地獄蒸し」や「むし湯」といった独自の温泉文化を今に伝えているところでもあります。歩くだけでも楽しいっ！

Hello everybody! We finished our 2nd guest house in Beppu.
This is a private rental house located in Kamegawa area famous for its hot springs.

Location
2-2 Shinoyu-machi, Kamegawa, Beppu. This is a historic hot spring district and one of the “Beppu Hatto” (Beppu’s Eight Hot Spring Areas). The area is charming, featuring abundant coastal hot springs, nostalgic retro streetscapes, and a warm atmosphere where locals and tourists mingle. There are many hot springs nearby, including community baths loved by residents such as Shinoyu Onsen, Hirata Onsen, Kiyo-sen, Hamada Onsen, and Keirin Onsen. The nearby Shoningahama area (a 20-minute walk away) is also famous for its “sand baths,” where you can relax while listening to the sound of the waves.
A five-minute drive takes you to Kannawa Onsen—another of the Beppu Hatto areas and Beppu’s most iconic hot spring district. It features a nostalgic landscape with steam rising from all over the town and preserves unique hot spring traditions like “Jigoku-mushi” (hell-steaming cooking) and “Mushi-yu” (steam baths). Just walking around is fun!
Beppu is packed with attractions, including the famous “Hell Tour” (Jigoku-meguri) and much more!
Of course, there are plenty of restaurants, so you won’t have any trouble finding a place to eat.
Rates
Capacity: 7 people
20,000 yen per night (same rate for up to 4 guests).
For the 5th guest onwards: an additional 5,000 yen per person, per night.
*Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellation fees: 50% for cancellations; 100% for same-day cancellations.
*Check-in: From 16:00 | Check-out: By 10:00.
*Non-smoking throughout the property; please smoke outside the entrance.

We have tried to create a space that both adults and children can enjoy.
Japanese-style room (“Doraemon Room”): Doraemon is sleeping in the closet! TV (Famicom game/NES equipped), 2 sets of futons, air conditioning, balcony drying space
Western-style room (“Manga comic book room”): 1 semi-double bed
Western-style room (“Suite Room”): Wonderful views from the window. 2 double beds (sleeps up to 4 people), air conditioning, vanity/dressing table
Although Masa-san and Fusako-san won’t be there, why not stay for a few days and enjoy the city of Beppu as if it were your own home?
